Middle School Competitive Program (Fall 2026)
For experienced Middle School athletes, grades 6-8 and 12+ years old. This fall program introduces athletes to the fall head racing discipline and focuses on fitness and technique to continue to develop these young athletes’ abilities.

Middle School Discover Rowing (Fall 2026)
This 3-day per week program is for middle school athletes with no rowing experience. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the sport, the basics of the rowing stroke and begin to work on their fitness and training.
