FOR SEASON LONG PROGRAMS:
Registration fees paid to TBC Racing can be refunded (minus a 2.9% credit card processing fee), according to the following schedule. There are no refunds for missed sessions or dropping out mid season.

FOR YEAR ROUND SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Customers are responsible for the full cost of the then current season at the time of cancellation. In addition, there will be a recalculation of the fees for the consumed seasons at the time of the cancellation and a charge for any unpaid registration fees at the full per-season rate.
FOR SUMMER CAMPS:
Registration fees paid to TBC Racing are subject to a 50% refund if cancelled before May 1. Cancellations after May 1 will not receive a refund. Based on availability, a camper may move to a different session at any time.
GEAR PURCHASES:
All gear purchases are final. If other sizes are in stock, an item may be exchanged for a different size.
