FOR SEASON LONG PROGRAMS:
Registration fees paid to TBC Racing can be refunded in full (minus a 2.9% credit card processing fee), until your athlete attends their second practice.
A 50% refund is available if cancellation occurs within 15 days of the start date of the season.
FOR YEAR ROUND SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Customers are responsible for the full cost of the then current season at the time of cancellation. In addition, there will be a recalculation of the fees for the consumed seasons at the time of the cancellation and a charge for any unpaid registration fees at the full per-season rate.
FOR SUMMER CAMPS:
Registration fees paid to TBC Racing are subject to a 50% refund if cancelled at least 15 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session. Cancellations after 15 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session will not receive a refund.
GEAR PURCHASES:
All gear purchases are final. If other sizes are in stock, an item may be exchanged for a different size.
