Register for Winter Training 2022

  • Winter workouts for all ages and experience levels.
  • 3-4 days a week in person, with additional “on-your-own” prescribed workouts provided by coaches.
  • Open Women will run 6-8 AM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Juniors will run 4-6PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Combined practice Saturday ~ 8:30 AM.
