U17 Women's Coach
Coach Rachel is the U17 Women’s Coach at TBC Racing. Now in her fifth year of coaching with TBC Racing, Rachel has served as a coach for the U17 programs in past seasons, as well as taking on the head coaching role during the Fall 2021 season, shepherding programs at TBC Racing to multiple national championship medals over the years.
Outside of TBC Racing, Rachel spent three years as an Assistant Coach on Yorktown High School’s woman’s squad before moving to BCC for one season.
Coach Rachel began her rowing career in high-school at TBC Racing and Holton-Arms High School and went on to compete for Duke University’s rowing team until she graduated in 2010 with a degree in Literature.
When not coaching, Rachel works as a freelance professional technical editor, and spoils her two cats.
