Spring 2026 Travel & Racing Fees

Travel & Racing Fees are billed separately from program tuition and cover the core expenses required to get athletes to and through our spring regattas, including team hotels, transportation, regatta entry/registration fees, trailering and equipment logistics, and select team meals (typically team dinners and other planned meals during travel weekends).

To simplify administration and ensure all logistics are secured in advance, these fees are billed up front for the season rather than per event. For families who prefer additional flexibility, we are offering the option to split the total into two payments (half and half).

Our goal is to ensure every athlete arrives prepared, supported, and racing with the team — with travel, logistics, and major costs handled in one coordinated plan.

The regatta fees cover the following regattas:

• Steve Neczypor Regatta/Reduction on San Diego for those traveling (Camden, NJ)
• Annapolis Juniors Duel (Annapolis, MD)
• NC State Championship (High Point, NC)
• Cooper Cup (Camden, NJ) / Kings Crowne (Overpeck, NJ)
• Mid-Atlantic Championships (Mercer, NJ)

The following regattas will be billed separately directly to those traveling:

• Clemson, SC (~$350)
• San Diego Crew Classic (~$1,200)
• US Nationals (Sarasota, FL) (~$1,200)
