Head Coach, Head Junior Women's Coach, & President of TBC Racing
Coach Russell is Head Coach and President of TBC Racing. He is the founding coach of the TBC Racing programs and after 30+ years of coaching, continues to be a highly successful coach at the scholastic, club, university, and national level. While he has amassed numerous wins including multiple national championships, Canadian Henley victories, and wins at the Head of the Charles; his focus remains on helping athletes improve and reach their potential, both physical and technical, while supporting the team’s spirit of fun, hard work and camaraderie which are core to TBC Racing and the sport of rowing.
When he’s not coaching…he’s never not coaching.
